Jättegrytan
Jättegrytan is a mountain hollowed recess, formed by flowing water with a stone to rotate along with gravel and small stones in a vortex for a long time. Many large potholes created during the ice ages, by piecemeal moraine blocks in the gushing meltwater was transported along with gravel and pebbles, and finally end up on the glacier base. There, wedged block (block) fixed in an hole, or rupture of the bedrock, thereby melting the water with all the force ran its rotation and the cauldron that was formed was a fact. Löpstenen which eroded a pothole is usually left as an unusually smooth, egg-shaped stone, either on its bottom or in its vicinity.
Now and again some of the locals have come by and emptied and cleaned Jättegrytan throughout the years.

Jättegrytor är vad man kallar urholkade fördjupningar i berg, som bildats genom att strömmande vatten fått en sten att rotera tillsammans med grus och mindre stenar i en virvel under en längre tid. Många stora jättegrytor skapades under istiden, genom att lösryckta moränblock i framforsande smältvatten fraktades tillsammans med grus och småsten, för att slutligen hamna på glaciärens botten. Där kilades blocket (stenen) fast i en grop eller spricka av berggrunden, varmed smältvattnet med all kraft skötte dess rotation och grytan som bildades blev ett faktum. Löpstenen som urholkat en jättegryta ligger oftast kvar som en ovanligt slät, äggformad sten, antingen på dess botten eller i dess närhet.
Då och då har en del av lokalbefolkningen har kommit förbi och tömt samt rengjort Jättegrytan genom åren.
