É uma zona com enormes potencialidades que finalmente será palco de uma requalificação há muito necessária.
O projecto é muito bom, apesar de não conter todas as ideias que acho necessárias para ser um projecto perfeito.
Contudo, há que ter em conta as limitações económicas da CMPV e um projecto global seria caríssimo.
Por agora, serão construídas as infra-estruturas base e a partir dai a Caldeira e as Lajes terão uma base sustentável para crescer e afirmar-se como destino dos visitantes.
