Geocache Description:

History

Batina is settlement in Baranja, the Croatian extreme northeast, situated on the river Danube near the border triangle area with Hungary and Serbia. Above the settlement rises a magnificent monument to Red Army, the work of Antun Augustincic, which celebrates the struggle of the Russian Army from invading German forces. The whole monumental complex is an interesting place with beautiful lookout from the monument. Walking path from the cache leads down to river Danube.

Important!

Please put back the cache and camouflage it exactly as you found it, otherwise it can be visible for muggles.
