4ème NEC : Power POC Event Cache

Les géocacheurs de la région sont invités à participer au 4ème NEC (Nano Event Corrézien). Le but de cette modeste rencontre est comme toujours de se rencontrer et d'échanger autour de notre passion commune (bien évidement, les géo-touristes de passage seront aussi les bienvenus). A cette occasion, 32 caches seront publiées le long de l'ancienne voie ferrée du P.O.C. (Paris Orléans Corrèze).
Un pique-nique "tiré du sac" sera partagé par l'ensemble des participants en milieu de journée. L'apéritif et les boissons seront offerts à tous les participants (à consommer avec modération comme d'hab...).
Le parcours proposé sera composé de deux tronçons de 6 km pour un dénivelé total de 180 mètres (+245,-65). Il sera réalisé en groupe sans aucun esprit de compétition.

Programme de la journée

08h30 :	Accueil Café/croissants au début du parcours (PK 01)
09h30 :	Distribution du roadbook 1, début de la randonnée du matin, 17 caches dont 1 déjà publiée (GC30YYX)
12h30 :	Pique-nique
15h00 :	Distribution du roadbook 2, début de la randonnée de l'après-midi, 17 caches dont 1 déjà publiée (GC11PNQ)
18h00 :	Fin de l'event (PK 02), les participants sont reconduits en voiture au point de départ

Les pique-niques seront (pour ceux qui le souhaitent) pris en charge du point de départ à la zone du repas.
La cotation « Terrain » de l'event (T3) prend en compte la participation aux 12 km de marche. Pour les geocacheurs qui ne souhaiteraient participer qu'au pique-nique, la cotation « Terrain » serait ramenée à 1 (zone de repas accessible en fauteuil roulant).
Une partie du ballast est encore en place sur certains tronçons, cela rend l'utilisation d'une poussette ou d'un vélo inconfortable.

Pour faciliter l'organisation de cette journée, pensez à mentionner dans vos logs le nombre de participants (adultes et enfants).

All geocachers of the region are invited to participate in the 4th NEC (Nano Event of Corrèze). As usual, the purpose of this modest meeting is to meet other geocachers and talk about about our mutual passion (passing geo-tourists are also welcome, of course).
For this occasion, 32 caches will be published along the old P.O.C.-railway (Paris Orléans Corrèze).
At midday, a picnic "from the bag" will be shared by all of the participants. An aperitif and drinks will be offered to all participants (to consume in moderation as usual...).
The proposed route consists of two sections of 6 km for a total height difference of 180 metres (+245, -65). We will seek the caches as a group with no competitive spirit.

Programme for the day

08h30 :	Welcome with coffee/croissants at the beginning of the track (PK 01)
09h30 :	Handing out of roadbook 1, start of the morning walk of 17 caches, one of which is already published (GC30YYX)
12h30 :	Picnic
15h00 :	Handing out of roadbook 2, start of the afternoon walk of 17 caches, one of which is already published (GC11PNQ)
18h00 :	End of the event (PK 02), the participants will get a lift back to the starting point

The picnics will be taken care of (for those who wish so) from the starting point to the picnic area.
The "Terrain" quotation of the event (T3) takes the 12 km walk into account. For the geocachers who only wish to participate in the picnic, the "Terrain" quotation can be reduced to 1 (the picnic area is wheelchair accessible).
In some sections, the railroad is still intact, which makes the use of a stroller or a bike uncomfortable.

To simplify the organization of this day, please remember to mention the number of participants (adults and children) in your logs.
