Christmas Capers By The Lake 2012 - Another Christmas Event for all to enjoy!
Team Scoobster, Honeysuckers and FrogHoppin would like to wish everybody a Merry Christmas by inviting the SA Geocaching Community to the Annual Christmas Picnic.
Where: Rymill Park, Adelaide (at the listed co-ords)
When: Sunday 2nd December 2012
Time: 11am onwards
We invite you to embrace the Christmas spirit and join the Geocaching community for an afternoon of festive activities. Come and reflect on the fun you have had Geocaching this year and regale others with your exploits.
Bring a chair and the kids, along with your best Christmas smile to claim a smilie here.. Why not bring along a picnic basket or cook up a BBQ meal on one of the BBQ's in the park, but they are first come first serve. There is a kiosk nearby as well as toilet facilities.
We will be putting on some games for big kids and small kids.
*** TUG OF WAR *** We WILL be having a tug of war!!! YES WE WILL!~~ How about ...The North versus the South..... The Puzzle MAKERS vs The Puzzle SOLVERS? .....Kids vs Adult... or even Team vs Team???
*** FACE PAINTING *** A SUPER Big thank you to Josie who has volunteered again to bring along the paints and brushes and paint wonderful designs on the kids faces !!!
*** SANTA VISIT *** We've received notice from the North Pole that Santa will be dropping past to say hi and maybe even hand out a goodie or two to those on his 'Nice' list... He will also have his 'Naughty Elf" with him again to take care of those on the 'other' list ;) - Keep an eye out during the day for the jolly big man and his naughty elf
*** SURPRISE*** A special tasty treat has been arranged by the Scoobsters for the kids (and the Big kids at heart!) Guaranteed to make even the most Ba-humbug of people smile with delight!!!!
Most of all - We would like to see you all come along and enjoy the day with us - Come for a chat and relax !
