A série 'passeio no Risco' é constituída por um conjunto de vinte e duas geocaches de vários tipos, dispostas ao longo de um percurso pedestre circular na serra do Risco, Arrábida. O percurso tem cerca de catorze quilometros de extensão e apresenta uma dificuldade média/alta. Embora se possa efectuar em qualquer época do ano, aconselho a evitá-lo em pleno Inverno, especialmente com chuva e frio. No Verão, redobre a reserva de líquidos para o caminho. Dependendo da sua experiência e capacidade física, conte com cinco a oito horas de caminhada para efectuar todo o percurso e encontrar as caches.
Este conjunto de caches pretende mostrar a zona da Serra do Risco com a sua planície interior, as antigas pedreiras, a serra propriamente dita, com a sua espectacular escarpa com quase 400m debruçada sobre o Oceano e o Píncaro, o ponto mais alto na costa Portuguesa continental.
As coordenadas da primeira cache obtêm-se resolvendo o enigma abaixo.

Recomendações
Traga calçado e vestuário próprio para caminhar na montanha. A Arrábida tem alguma vegetação bastante agreste pelo que deverá evitar calções e mangas curtas. Um bastão de caminhada poderá ser um instrumento bastante útil neste percurso.
Traga comida e líquidos para uma caminhada de cerca de 14km e uma duração de cinco a oito horas. Faça o percurso passando por todos os waypoints indicados no .gpx distribuido.
Só vai precisar de sair dos trilhos na aproximação final às caches, últimos 15/20m no máximo. Por vezes os trilhos são estreitos e parecem “desaparecer” mas estão lá. Mantenha-se nos trilhos!
Finalmente, recomendo um mínimo de três geocachers para este percurso, quer pela sua exigência física, quer para mútua colaboração no terreno.

The series 'passeio no Risco' is a set of twenty-two geocaches of various types, arranged along a circular walking route in the hills of Risco, Arrábida. The course is about thirteen Km in length and is of medium/high terrain difficulty. Although it can be done any time of the year, it’s advisable to avoid it in winter, specially with rain and cold. During summer, double the stock of drinks for the trip. Depending on your experience and physical capability, you’ll need five to eight hours for walking the route and find the caches.
This set of caches aims to show the area of Serra do Risco with its inner plain, the old quarries, the mountain itself, with its spectacular cliff almost 400m overlooking the ocean and the Píncaro, the highest point in Portuguese continental coast.
The coordinates of the first cache can be known by solving the puzzle above.

Recommendations
Bring shoes and clothing suitable for walking on the mountain. Arrábida has some very harsh vegetation types and so you'd better avoid wearing shorts and short sleeves. A trekking pole may be a useful tool in this way.
Bring food and drinks enough for a long walk of about 14km and five to eight hours duration.
Follow the path going through all the waypoints available in the distributed GPX file.
You’ll only need to leave the track on final approach to the caches, last 15/20m maximum. Sometimes the tracks are narrow and seem to "disappear" but they are there. Stay on track!
Finally, I recommend a minimum of three geocachers for this route, due to its physical demands and for mutual support if needed.
