The Alconbury Amble will start you at the Recreation Field (which has a car park).
It will take you on a leisurely stroll around the pretty village taking in all the high points (and low points!) before returning you to the vicinity of the Recreation Field.
The entire route is not wheelchair friendly but most is and any problem locations will only require a minor diversion.
The amble is best taken in conjunction with the Past Pubs & Pathfinders multi cache.
Another nice short walk from AA #8 along paved roads and paths.
You are now approaching the lower ford. This is the furthest downstream of the 3 fords in the village and the only one open to vehicles.
There are a further 2 in Alconbury Weston which are open to vehicles.
You don't need to go wading for this cache.
