PLEASE NOTE: SOLVE THE PUZZLE BEFORE SEEKING THIS CACHE!
In 1981, Rush released their 8th studio album, titled Moving Pictures. The album, which would become the band's greatest commercial success (selling over four million copies to date), opens with arguably their most famous track, Tom Sawyer. The album also contained the hit songs Red Barchetta and Limelight, as well as the classic instrumental YYZ and fan favorites such as the 11-minute long track The Camera Eye, the first song of their "Fear" trilogy (though actually the third part) Witch Hunt, and the reggae-infused Vital Signs.
The album cover, shot in front of the Ontario Legislative Building in Queen's Park, Toronto, is among the most easily recognized album covers of the band's career. The art shows a sort of triple meaning, as the album title is reflected in three ways. The most obvious is that it shows paintings (including a band logo associated with their earlier album 2112) being moved into the building by moving men. The second is that the crowd on the right side of the art finds the pictures emotionally moving. A third meaning, only shown on the back of the lyrics and art sheet, shows the whole scene being filmed as a scene in a movie.
The longest track on the album, and the subject of this cache, is the eleven-minute long fifth track, The Camera Eye. The lyrics are used to create images of the streets of New York City and London, as if by the use of a camera. The song was rarely played live, but was a constant fan request for years. The song was finally played live (along with the rest of the album) on their 2010-2011 Time Machine Tour.
For this cache, the images have already been created for you by the use of actual cameras. Webcams, in fact. Using the following webcams of famous locations on both sides of the Pond, answer the questions below. From there, all that is needed to find the final coordinates is some simple arithmetic. Please note that, as London is several time zones away from Maryland and New York, some planning may be needed to procure answers from the London webcam in their daylight hours... B = the number of red columns with gold tops near the entrance.

D = The total number of windows on the 3 levels of the house on the left side of the screen.
Important: On the first floor, the middle "window" is a door. Do NOT count it. You know you have the right house if you count 7 small windows on the 3rd floor.

The cache itself is a relic of an age past, at an appropriately themed establishment. There is no FTF, but we did manage to fit in a TWP pathtag.
