Geocache Description:

THE CACHE IS AT THE POSTED COORDINATES

My 99th cache! Anybody can grab one cache in fifteen states while taking a road trip. But it takes some dedication to grab at least fifteen caches in each of those states. The goal of this challenge is to get people to spend a bit more time in states they're visiting by finding at least 225 caches in 15 states, with at least fifteen in each state. I may add progressively more difficult challenges in this series as I qualify for them myself.

RULES

  1. Previous finds count.
  2. Any cache type (e.g., earthcaches, virtuals, puzzles, traditionals, multis) qualifies, except locationless caches.
  3. The easiest way to prove you meet the challenge is to let me see your statistics generated by geocaching.com, including the map portion. If you really like extra work, though, you can create a bookmark list.
  4. For purposes of this challenge, Canadian provinces, U.S. territories (including Washington, D.C.), and other countries are equally valid. If you can prove to me that another country has something analagous to a state, and you have at least fifteen caches in a couple of them, I'm open to your argument, but check with me beforehand.
  5. In your log, please include the states you've visited and the number of caches you've found in each one. Here's a sample log based on my stats: "As evidenced by my stats page, I have found at least fifteen caches in the following states/provinces: Minnesota (4,461), Wisconsin (149), Michigan (110), South Dakota (107), Texas (67), Georgia (52), New Mexico (51), California (33), Ontario (32), Delaware (28), North Dakota (25), Florida (25), Iowa (22), Pennsylvania (20), and Connecticut (16).
  6. I reserve the right to amend the rules if people are messing with the spirit of this challenge. The goal is to have fun and travel!
