Back to the Beginning Challenge Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

proftonks: There's nothing to be done for the area after the recent roadworks prompted people to start using the Footpath as a toilet/ tip.

Since Groundspeak will not allow new Challenge Caches, I can't replicate this elsewhere & so with regret - it's farewell to this Cache.

Geocache Description:

For all things there is a first time. This Challenge was inspired by celebrating mine.

On 21st February 2011, I found my first Geocache. What about you?

To claim this Cache, you need to go back to your beginning by re-visiting your first Find.

How you celebrate that is up to you. Perhaps Re-sign the Log. Maybe celebrate the moment with photography/ pencil sketch/ ice sculpture. And cake. You could add a Note on that Cache’s Page. Hang bunting and balloons however best signifies celebration for you.

Then you may go & go Find this Cache.

After that - tell your tale here: the when/ the where/ the how. Regale one and all by describing that dizzying euphoria you enjoyed!

If your first Find is Archived/ Disabled/ in another Country that you are unlikely to return to, then:

Go through the above process at the oldest still Active Cache that you Found.

Basically, this is an opportunity to celebrate & document your beginnings.

The Cache is at the given co-ordinates. You are looking for a 2 litre tub covered in black tape. At the time of placing, it contained an assortment of swappable goodies & a Logbook with complimentary pencil.

Travelling West, parking is immediate & obvious.

Travelling East, there is lay-by parking on the North side of the A27. You’ll see a Footpath sign about 300ft to the East, & there is a partition crossing point - but please take extreme care.
