Relatively quick, fishy little hide to honor the guy who got myself, Vikingchick92 and Little Nemesis hooked on geocaching. New cache, same spot to commemorate rygemini's 4000th career cache find. The smiley is yours if you have the right gear.
GZ is wheelchair accessible, but getting the cache is probably not. Getting to the cache is not really a level 2 difficulty. But it could be if you aren't MacGuyver-like.

While rygemini appreciates easy caches that boost numbers (as do we all), he really likes caches that are interesting and unique and fun. Unfortunately, being teachers, our creativity budget was slashed (again) this year. Guest of honor not only wound up paying for his own cache, but he supplied a necessary component of the hide. Yup. Tough times for teachers and little creativity under the circumstances.
Still, this should be an easy find that is right out in the open (kinda). It will either be fun and challenging or tough and confounding, depending on the fishing 'tude you bring.
Beware muggles and please replace the cap securely to ensure a dry log. Naturally, we wouldn't ask you to sign in the proper spot and to date it, because, well, we all know that's the way good cachers roll.
If you wind up on what you think is GZ and you're not sure what to do, the title is actually a big clue. Rygemini likes to fish. You might want to bring a fishing tool -- like a teacher's paper clip. You could bring a fishing pole, but you might look a little silly. And it would definitely be overkill.
Rygemini, Vikingchick92 and Little Nemesis were the speedy first to finds on the original cache in this spot (basically destroyed during a summer cache machine), IBGrumpy is the first to "net" this new version.
