This cache IS at the published co-ordinates, but is only available to and logs will only be accepted from geocachers who have logged a find on 29th February in any year.
There is car parking available for one or two cars nearby on Broadway Lane, at N50 54.658' W001 02.295', alternatively there is space in front of Lovedean Bethesda Mission at N50 54.677' W001 01.622', from where you can walk up the footpath past a few of my other caches. The difficulty rating reflects the fact the cache is only available to a limited number of intrepid cachers, finding the cache itself shouldn't present too many difficulties.
