Geocache Description:

The MacGregor Preserve consists of 160 wooded acres located between Old Chester-Gladstone Road and Peapack Brook in Chester Township. The property was purchased in January 2001 from the Estate of Samuel C. MacGregor. The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but they will work nicely for parking.

ob·fus·cate
1: darken, to make obscure
2: confuse, becloud

Obfuscation is the art of complexification. Sometimes the opacity is purposeful; other times it is not. Geocachers often employ the principles of obfuscation while hiding caches and crafting puzzles. It's all about apparent chaos, random juxtaposition, and veils of meaning. Turn full circle and you will often see things from a new perspective.

Onward into the fog.
