Geocache Description:

Pommy Immigrant, William Guilfoyle and his family moved to Australia in 1853. A matter of twenty years later the son of a Landscape Gardener was now in charge of Melbourne Botanical Gardens. Working with big name botannical people like Von Mueller. He had a lasting imapct on many Public Gardens across Victoria including Horsham.
There are many trees in the Horsham Gardens that are from the Guilfoyle era, 1880's. A lovely shady place to be on a hot day with nice walks, some interesting sculptures, a playground for the kids and BBQs, free to use.

No need to climb anything, nor trample any Garden Beds

Cache should be easy to find,
Happy Hunting
