Moulin à blé, à foulon, à huile de la Mie au Roy, puis usine génératrice d'énergie, actuellement maison Histoire : Construit au 17e siècle, le moulin de la Mie au Roy dépendait de l'abbaye de Saint-Lucien de Beauvais et regroupait trois activités en servant de moulin à foulon, à huile et à blé. Au 19e siècle, il appartient au marquis de Corberon qui loue le moulin à foulon à la société Hubert Nô et Cie, puis à Zentz d'Alnois, et le moulin à blé à la famille Caron, le moulin à huile n'étant plus en fonctionnement. A la fin du 19e siècle, propriété des Frères des Ecoles Chrétiennes, il est transformé en usine d'électricité pour l'alimentation de l'Institut Agricole de Beauvais installée en centre ville, et ceci jusque dans les années 1950. Actuellement, il a été transformé en habitation.1851, deux fouleuses à cylindres et quatre auges pour le moulin à foulon (détruites) . Trois paires de meules et deux roues à aubes pour le moulin à blé au 19e siècle (détruites) . En 1895, deux turbines sont posées à l'emplacement des deux roues à aubes et produisent de l'électricité en 110 volts pour une puissance de 30 kilowatts (toujours en place) .
