This is a wooded area a little bit off a popular trail. There is some light thorny overgrowth that may be heavier during the summer months. You might get your feet wet. The cache can be approached from various directions and parking is available in different locations. There are several other caches nearby so you can park in one location and enjoy a nice walk.
Hodags are mischevious little creatures that like to play tricks on humans. Did you hear something in the brush? Was a cache moved? Did you feel something touch you or tug on your clothes? Did your trackable disappear? It might have been a Hodag.
You're looking for an ammo box with a logbook, pencil, sharpener and some assorted trade items. Trading is encouraged. Plenty of room for trackables.
