Geocache Description:

This cache was placed to coincide with the 2012 events; Quick! Flash and Dash! and the Breakfast in the Blustery Burbs 8.

Look to east northwest to see the eternal flame, in the summer you'll need to drive a little north to see the flame.

Thank Goinkers for pointing out that the flame is northwest rather than northeast of the cache:) I've updated the cache page.
