Parken kann man entweder auf dem Parkplatz an der Ohra-Talsperre oder am Straßenrand bei N 50° 46.033 E 010° 43.953 und geht dann den kleinen Trampelpfad zur Käfernburg hinauf und dann weiter zum Cache.

In Richtung Herrenweg erreicht man den „Toten Mann“ auf 700 m NN.
Hier in der Nähe versteckt sich wieder eine Dose.
Startinhalt: Logbuch, Bleistift, FTF-Urkunde , ein Bleistiftspitzer und ein paar kleinere Tauschgegenstände.
