Geocache Description:

Listed coordinates are for parking. Cache location must be determined by solving a mapping puzzle.

Ether Bunny was hiking along a trail recently and made an interesting discovery. He realized he was at the exact center of Holliston! If one takes the northern most, eastern most, western most, and southern most points of Holliston, the crossover of the connecting lines can be considered as a sort of center point. It happens to be along a nice trail with plenty of stone walls. No hide here involves a stone wall.

The compass points can be found on maps here. Unfortunately, some of the compass points are inaccessible or on private property, so EB has decided to give you all four points! These are the four used to construct the puzzle. The solution can be found using topographic maps or Google Earth. Better yet, I was able to solve this using my Garmin 60Cx in less than 5 minutes using the route creation function ("NSWE") with no math at all. Solution brings one to a micro at stage one. Coordinates for final are found there.

North ...N 42° 14.283 W 71° 25.195
East .....N 42° 12.098 W 71° 22.785
South ...N 42° 09.406 W 71° 28.686
West ....N 42° 11.477 W 71° 30.142

Cachers need not go to any of the four points, but they do need to find the center. Both hides are on conservation land. No hide involves a stone wall. Parking is at the end of Gorwin Drive.
