Braydon Methodist chapel was built during the 1880s and is still used for worship today. It cost a staggering £109 and came as a flat-pack kit.
It is constructed out of green corrugated iron and inside it is cosy with painted wood lined walls, carpet and soft seating. There's a small wooden pulpit, lectern and Hammond organ which accompanies the enthusiastic singers every week.
If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
