Kisberský kun
Madarský národní klenot - Kisbéri Félvér - kisberský polokrevník.
Je to velmi ušlechtilý polokrevník sportovního typu, tvrdý a vytrvalý, s velkou dávkou temperamentu a ochoty, se skvelým charakterem, prostorným a elastickým pohybem doplneným dobrými skokovými vlastnostmi.
Výrazná hlava, velké, živé oci, ideální exteriér se suchým a pevným fundamentem - skvelý, všestranne využitelný kun.
Plemeno vzniklo na území nekdejšího statku rodu Batthyányu v Kisbéru v Komárenské župe poblíž silnice spojující mesta Gyor a Székesfehérvár poté, co císar František Josef I. narídil, aby byl na statku zabaveném v roce 1853 zrízen hrebcín s ušlechtilými konmi pro vojenské úcely. „Ušlechtilým konem“ se tehdy bezpochyby myslel výlucne anglický plnokrevník, nicméne plánované porízení 300 klisen anglického plnokrevníka predstavovalo i pro rakousko-uherskou monarchii nerešitelný úkol a financní bremeno. Proto byl do Kisbéru krome dovezených anglických plnokrevníku umísten i velký pocet jiných koní z tehdejších korunních a dvorských hrebcínu a také z významnejších soukromých hrebcínu.
Kisberi horse
Hungarian national treasure - Kisber Félvér - kisberi half-bred.
It's a very noble half-bred in sports type, tough and hardy, with a lot of temperament and willingness, with great character, spacious and elastic movements complemented with good jumping features.
The distinctive head, large, lively eyes, perfect exterior with dry and solid fundament - excellent, universally usable horse.
The breed originated in the family farm of Batthyány in Kisber in “Komárenská župa” near the road connecting the cities Gyor and Székesfehérvár, after Emperor Franz Joseph I ordered establishing a stud farm with noble horses for military purposes on the estate which was confiscated in 1853. "Noble horse" was undoubtedly meant only the English thoroughbred, but the planned purchase of 300 Thoroughbred mares were for the Austro-Hungarian monarchy impossible task and financial burden. Therefore, besides English Thoroughbreds there was a large number of other horses from the crown court and studs imported to Kisber, and also from significant private stud farms.
