The cache can be seen, but is difficult to reach as it is around 4m above ground level.

The terrain rating is based on tool-based extraction. If you want to climb, I'd rate it a 4 as no equipment needed.
Stealth helpful, though not much you can do if seen: darkness may help, or make matters worse.
Difficulty mainly due to skill needed to use the tools, or climbing. Its now a male-female thing
