This 35mm film canister cache is located just off the footpath of the Connect2 Kenilworth Greenway extension. A short scramble is required in order to access the cache site.
The Connect2 Kenilworth project completed the Kenilworth Greenway link between Kenilworth and Balsall Common, incorporating a cycle and footpath bridge over the A429 and major resurfacing through Kenilworth Common.
The majority of the funding for the project (£500,000) was provided by the Sustrans charity, itself largely funded by the National Lottery's £50 million Big Lottery Fund grant for Connect2 schemes throughout the country. The extension was opened to the public on 29th September 2011.
