Pour trouver la cache, à cause de la direction du vent, vous devrez tirer des bords sur le lac de Maubuisson en suivant les étapes successives suivantes :
1- Avec votre voilier, vous embarquez au ponton de départ point 1 (N 45° 06.061’ W 1° 8.195’) et voguez vers le point 2 (N 45° 6.449' W 01° 7.278') en 7 mn.
2- A la même vitesse pendant 8 minutes et demi vous faites route vers le point 3. Cap : 133°.
3- Vous suivez maintenant le cap : 202°, à 13 nœuds pendant 10mn et 16 secondes, pour vous rendre au point 4.
4- Vous affalez maintenant les voiles et vous dirigez à faible allure, 3 noeuds vers le point 5. Le trajet vous prend 1 mn et 24 secondes . Vous suivez le cap : 173°.
5- Vous allez devoir maintenant rejoindre la cache à pied. On considère que les coordonnées du point 5 sont N XX° XX.XXX’ et W XX° XXX.XXX’
Les coordonnèes de la cache sont :
N XX° XX. (XXX-654)’ W XX° (XXX. (XXX-25)’
