cobraleader312: Descoperas and I delivered all the coats to the Nazarene Church on 17th and E in Springfield, where they have a clothing give-away every Wednesday to those in need. Thanks to everyone who participated and brought coats, I thought the event was a great success !!! Hope to do it again next year.

Geocache Description:

Come one, come all, to the charity event at Papa's Pizza at 11th & Chambers !!! It will be from 6pm - 8pm. This event is being held to gather warm clothing for the winter. Read on for more details !!

I am gathering winter coats for those in our area that may not have enough clothing to get through the winter.

For each new or used (good condition) CHILDS' jacket you donate, you will receive one "raffle" ticket. For each new or used (good condition) ADULT jacket you donate, you will receive 2 "raffle" tickets.
The tickets will be entered into a drawing for some great prizes, including 2 unactivated geocoins (donated by me) and 2 gift certificates (donated by Papa's).
There will also be the usual swap table, so bring a geocaching-themed item for this. Hope to see you all there !!!
