Geocache Description:

A Chitty Chitty Bang Bang-inspired cache, as much of it was filmed in the area, with several Duck Pond scenes shot at Russell's Water.

Here the children - Jemima and Jeremy Potts (Heather Ripley & Adrian Hall) - rush out from behind a wall to meet Truly Scruptious (Sally Ann Howes) for the first time, almost getting squashed by her car in the process. This cache takes you back to that exact location. Should be easy!

For more Chitty Chitty Bang Bang locations, this YouTube video has quite a few from the area. Turville - where the windmill is - isn't far away. It was also used as Dibley, for Went The Day Well? and for Goodnight Mister Tom. A pretty place.
