Geocache Description:

At work we have an incentive program that if we get enough good QA scores, perfect attendance, and good surveys back from the clients, then we can earn a day off. Those are called Blue Star days. So I did good and I earned one. So I spent it preparing and distributing a bunch of caches.

Cool story: So here I am, gathering GPS data when I hear something step into one of the many streams surrounding this spot. It sounded like it was walking along the middle of the stream because it kept splashing and splashing. But it did not seem to get any closer or further away. Then the splashing intensified. It was not something, it was a bunch of somethings. A herd of either deer or boar were crossing the stream in quite a noisy way. I pulled up my camera phone and my whackem stick in case either were needed, but the splashing stopped shortly after and I think I saw something disappearing into the trees a bit to the east of me. It was the adrenaline part of my day.

The terrain getting to this cache is a little extreme and can potentially be even more so. There is lots of mud, streams to cross, and the area floods at the hint of rain.
