The cache is placed in the Quaboag Wildlife Management Area off Long Hill Rd. in Brookfield, Ma. The cache is named after movies I thought of while placing the cache. Parking is at N 42° 12.220 W 072° 07.750
The goal was to have a spot in central Mass where geocachers could do a number of fun caches on one trail. The trail will bring you up and down none too quickly. The trails are lined with the remains of an old apple orchard, and holds lots of areas for wildlife viewing of all sorts, caches will bring you alongside a nice piece of wetlands that juts in from the Quaboag River. A great spot for birding, identifying wildflowers and plants, spotting tracks of all sorts and an overall peaceful hike. Crossing beaver dams, fields, and forest this trail holds many opportunities for outdoor lessons of all kinds.
The Quaboag Land Management Area is a Div. Of Fisheries and WildLife area. Hunting is allowed on the land, so PLEASE WEAR BLAZE ORANGE when caching.
