It's a caching potluck! Modeled after a wonderful event (GC2VKEH) we attended in MN this past summer. Thank you Guitar Solo for the idea!
Bring a cache & Take a cache!

Who: Any Geocacher
What: NV Cache-Luck Event
Where: Specified Coordinates
When: 1800 - 2000 (6:00 - 8:00 pm)
Why: To test your luck at grabbing an awesome cache!
All you need to do is buy or make a cache. Try to make it a complete geocache including a log sheet, pencil and even some SWAG! Wrap it up so it isn't visible, label it with your Geo-Name and NV Cache-Luck 2011, and bring it to the coordinates at the time specified. You may bring as many caches as you like, but you need to bring a cache in order to take a cache! This is a family friendly event so please feel free to bring the Geo-Kids. Please add the number of people coming in your log so we have an idea of how many are attending.
Anyone who would like to order their own dinner at Round Table is encouraged to do so. We can not bring outside food or drink into the party room. You can even call ahead so that your food is ready when you get there.
We will have a trackables trading bucket available so bring any trackables you're ready to pass on.
A QUICK RECAP OF WHAT'S ON YOUR AGENDA
1. Buy or make a complete cache
2. Wrap the cache like a present & label it
3. Call Round Table the day of the event if you want to pre-order your meal. (we will not be providing any food)
4. Bring the wrapped cache to the event
5. Drop the cache at the specified place & trackables in the trading bucket.
6. Eat and socialize
7. CO will start the picking of the caches
8. Pick your cache
9. Pick trackables
10. Log it!
11. Go find a place to hide the new cache you took home!!
NOTE: Remember to label the cache with your Geo-Name like this: NVTaps NV Cache-Luck 2011 or Bernsports NV Cache-Luck 2011. (We'll use those labels to name our caches when we hide them after the event!)
