Restinga

A restinga de Alvor é um terreno arenoso com um único acesso estando envolvido pela água do mar e pela Ria de Alvor. Possui uma vegetação característica e devido ao seu frágil ecossistema é considerada uma área protegida.

"Restinga de Alvor" is a sandy land with a single access, being surrounded by sea and river water. It has a characteristic vegetation and because of its sensitive ecosystem is considered a protected area.
Acessos
Actualmente existem boas condições para usufruir de um passeio nesta zona de forma a apreciar a paisagem, praticar exercício físico entre outras actividades (ex: Geocaching).
Sugerimos uma visita durante a maré cheia ou durante o pôr do sol.

Currently there are good conditions to enjoy a leisure walk in this area in order to admire the landscape, exercising and other activities (example: Geocaching).
