An easy cache hidden near the Malolotja campsite.
Enjoy the underground stream which comes through beneath a clump of
rocks, and heads down this little valley.
The cache is hidden close to some holes where the surface has
collapsed, and the stream is clearly visible underneath.
When approaching the cache from the campsite, stop and listen for
the underground stream - you should be able to hear it long before
you can see it.
The rocks near the cache are also home to a colony of about 40
dassies (rock hyrax). If you approach carefully, you should be able
to spot them.
The cache is a camo PET preform - enjoy!!
Please note that there is a day visitor fee for visiting Malolotja,
so be sure to hunt the other Malolotja caches at the same time to
get the best value from your visit. At the time of hiding the
cache, the day visitor fee was E28pp which covers both this (main)
part of Malolotja as well as a visit to the southern section and
the Lion Cavern, Antsome Dam & Crocodile Ridge caches.
