Geocache Description:

These caches have been set to celebrate my 40th Birthday. One for every year of my life. The cache container is:
blue micro box

The Queen's Ruby Jubilee year.
International Space Year

In music: a rather interesting mix of tracks made the top spot with only 13 different number ones; the brithday number one was Ebeneezer Good from The Shamen; Whitney Hoiuston's I Will Always Love You was Christmas number one spending a total of 10 weeks in the top slot; Jimmy Nail's Aint No Doubt also spent three weeks in the top slot.

Also in 1992: the Winter Olympics are held in Albertville, France and the Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. The Olympic schedule is changed so that in future the events will alternate in even numbered years but remain every four years; Betty Boothrotd is the first woman elected Speaker of the British House of Commons; June 8th is the first World Ocean Day; the cones hotline is introduced.
