Cache que irá dar a conhecer a fauna e flora nas imediações da aldeia de Cem Soldos, numa área usada para cultivo.
A História
Esta cache encontra-se numa zona que durante vários
séculos se cultivou a terra, abastecendo locais como a Quinta da Anunciada Velha, que remonta ao séc. XV, e a aldeia de Cem Soldos. No local existe diversos vestígios de levadas que serviriam para abastecer as hortas que se encontravam e encontram no local. Esta zona é atravessada por um pequeno ribeiro, que alimentava um lagar provavelmente nos finais do séx. XIX.
A Vegetação
Pelo percurso poderão se cruzar com uma fauna e flora diversificada característica da região do vale do Tejo. Começando pelos Pinheiros Mansos, Carvalhos, Nogueiras. Também se encontrão no local ervas aromáticas, tal como os Oregãos, Erva Cidreira, Alecrim, etc. Quanto à fauna, no local pode avistar-se o Corvo-Comum, a Águia-Real, o Melro, o Pombo Bravo, a Galinhola d'Água, o Javali, o Gineto, o Coelho-Bravo, entre outros.
O Trilho
O caminho é por estrada de terra batida 70% do percurso, sendo o resto necessária a deslocação a pé. A vegetação é rasteira na grande maioria do percurso, em alguns locais podem existir espinhos e água em algumas épocas do ano.
A Cache
A cache final e todas as intermédias encontram-se em locais
que apesar de resguardados, podem atrair a curiosidade de alguns locais. As coordenadas na página apontam a primeira parte da cache, onde se encontrará as coordenadas da parte seguinte, todos os pontos intermédios contêm uma micro, mesmo tendo espaço guardem as lembranças para a cache final.

This Cache will show you the fauna and flora in the vicinity of the village of Cem Soldos, in a cultivation area.
The History
This Cache is located in a area used during several century's for the cultivation of the lands, and supplying places like the near 'Quinta da Anunciada Velha', build in the XV century, and the village of Cem Soldos. In the local there are some ruins from water trench's used for the supplying of water to the plantations. This area is crossed
by a small water stream, that fuelled a oil press in the vicinity, from around XIX century.
The Vegetation
During the trail, you can see some flora and fauna. Starting with the Pine trees, the Oaks, the Walnut tree's, etc. You can see some aromatic herbs in the area, just like the oregano, the lemongrass, rosemary, etc. The fauna, consists in the Crows, Royal Eagle, Blackbird, Wild Pigeon,
Woodcocks, Wild Boars, Weasels, Wild Rabbits, between others.
The Trail
The trail is by dirt road 70% of the way, and 30% walking, or cycling, being easier by foot. The vegetation is small almost all the way, but near the beginning and in the end you must need to cross some thorns.
The Cache
The final cache and the middle one's, can be found in some well hide places, but should be done in a stealthy way, because of the curiosity of the locals. The coordinates in the page guides you to the first point, in there you will find the coordinates of the second one, and the same for the others. All the middle points have micro containers, some may fit some gifts, but don't put nothing in there, keep them for the final Cache.
