No Bull
There was a farmer who had a longhorn steer and he didn’t know what to do. Oh wait Old McDonald had a farm EIEIO and on his farm he had a longhorn steer EIEIO. Hmmm neither joke nor song applies correctly here.
There was a however man who owned a piece of Texas ranch land and thought, "I will raise me some longhorn steer." A passing politician said “Whoa Partner, y’all ain’t planning on raising steer here are ya?” Turns out he would need a permit to have such a magnificent herd of cattle on his property. He thought “Heck, these are longhorns I want and I am in Texas, no problem.” But as we all know when you have to get the governments permission to do anything you may be surprised the outcome. In his case the outcome was “NO BULL."
I speculate this was due to the closeness of the highway and the stopping of cars on I35 to take a picture.
What is a man suppose to do, tolerate it? Nosireebob. This is how he dealt with that there ruling.
Some RULES for this Cache being allowed to remain here:
1) No climbing or sitting on them for a picture or just for fun
2) No graffiti or decorations applied to them
3) Be respectful of the property especially the place next door where you will need to park to do this cache.
4) Do NOT park on the access road – it is narrow and I don’t want anyone hurt.
5) Again DO NOT CLIMB or SIT on them.
