These caches are on some of the rural roads of Macoupin County. Enjoy the less traveled roads and see some unusual, interesting and historic places.
This cache has been placed at the Rural Methodist Cemetery also known as the Grey Family Cemetery. This is nice little well kept rural Cemetery with many interesting and some unique markers and stones. The Rural United Methodist Church, which was organized in 1866, sits adjacent to the Cemetery. The container has been placed along the North edge of the Cemetery well away from the Church. Please be respectful should services be taking place when you arrive for your search.

There is no reason to disturb anything on, or around the headstones or grave markers.
The cemetery is open from dawn until dusk, which is the only time the cache is available.
Please do not attempt this cache at night.
The container is a camo painted Bison Tube Container that holds only a log sheet.
Bring a writing instrument to sign the log – this is a small log sheet so sign with date and name only.
Bugs, Insects, Critters, Snakes or Poisonous Plants could be present. Search accordingly.
There is a gravel parking area at this cache.
