Sprehod po ostanku Slovenike - prve avtoceste na Stajerskem koncu. A walk on the highway. Ein Spaziergang auf der Autobahn.
V 70ih letih je bila zgrajena Slovenika - 2 pasovna avtocesta - od Maribora do Zalca, ki je bila potem postopoma dograjevana in v 90ih letih spremenjena v stiripasovnico. Pri gradnji odcepa proti Avstriji je bil v Slivnici ca. 500 metrov dolg pas opuscen, ampak ohranjen za parkirisce sosednjemu pokopaliscu. Zanimiv koscek zgodovine se je le ohranil in ga ni povozil nov asfalt. Slovenika was built in the 70s - a 2 lane highway - from Maribor to Zalec, which was then gradually widened and changed into a 4 lane highway in the 90s. When constructing the road towards Austria a 500 meter long road in Slivnica was abandoned, but was left for a parking area for the neighboring cemetery. An interesting piece of history is maintained and not run over by new asphalt. Slovenika wurde in den 70er Jahren gebaut - eine 2-spurige Autobahn - von Maribor nach Zalec, die dann nach und nach erweitert wurde und in schließlich in den 90er Jahren eine 4-spurige Autobahn wurde. Beim Bau der Straße in Richtung Österreich wurde eine ca. 500 Meter lange Fahrbahn in Slivnica aufgegeben, man hat sie aber als Parkplatz für das benachbarte Friedhof links gelassen. Ein interessantes Stück Geschichte bleibt so erhalten und nicht überfahren durch neuen Asphalt.
