Geocache Description:

We all know the minimum distance between caches. Here, we're after the maximum distance between geocaches found by an individual player. The rules of this challenge cache are simple: Present two caches you've found, which have maximum distance between them.

Since this is a challenge cache (see definitions here and here), there is a logging requirement that must be fulfilled: In order to log this cache, you must present two geocaches you found, which are at least 5000 miles from each other. Present the waypoints, names and coordinates of the caches as well as the distance between the two in your log. Virtual, locationless or moving caches are not accepted.

This cache is at given coordinates. Difficulty and terrain ratings for this cache are based on requirements for the challenge. Rating for the final cache is D2/T4. Terrain can be very challenging due to loose rocks and moss. Approach the cliff from downhill.

This listing also maintains the title for the maximum distance between caches. This is NOT an additional requirement or official contest. Just fun and momentary fortune and glory.. To get the title, a found log is required.

Current maximum distance between caches title holder:
HeViKanit (12426.27 miles)
