This is my mea culpa make up cache
I previously placed a cache in this park however it violated the rules and regs of geocaching.com.
(just because you CAN click the box saying you have read the rules and regs without ACTUALLY reading them does not mean you should)
Since then I have undone my mistake and apologized for my transgression.
This new cache is to the letter of the law.
I checked!
