The cache is located near the juntion of Elk Pass road and Elk Valley forest service road, a short distance from Elk Lakes Provincial Park. Elk Pass Road is gated, however if the gate is open, high clearance vehicles are able to drive to the Pass over looking Kananaskis Lakes.
