It's a tourist cache, literally. But you need a device to access the logbook. Otherwise, it's a walk in the park/old town.

It's a mystery cache, but not a tough one, really. Did not want to make the first of this kind too hard. In fact, it is a pretty easy one. Especially, as it is mostly for tourists. You can't leave any travellers inside, i'm afraid. Perhaps only for daytime, say 10am-6pm.
Please do not excavate or climb in the zero area!! You may take photos if you like, but for the cache itself you need to move towards more North-Westerly direction. There's a very fine Estonian food place -Mekk- in the zero area should you need more time to think about the solution; or you can go clubbing nearby if it's not convenient time. However, for the cache, you may need just a little more information, should i say?
