Geocache Description:

You've heard of take an item, leave an item. Let's take it to the next level: take a cache, leave a cache! It's a caching potluck, literately! Mark your calendars now! Let's all go to Davanni's!

It's take a cache, leave a cache. All you need to do is buy or make a cache, wrap it up or put it in a bag (so it isn't visable) , and bring it to the coordinates at the time specified. Try to make it a geocache kit. If you can, put a pencil, log, and maybe even some SWAG. If you search Google for 'geocache logs', you can print some. That's what I always do! Remember, just like trading SWAG, if you don't bring a geocache, you can't take a geocache. There will be a contest for 'Best Geocache' at the end.
Place the number of people coming at the bottom of your log so I know how many will be coming! If you want to pre-order your dinner, just call Davanni's prior to the event and tell them you are coming to Geocaching Event on July 23rd and what you would like for dinner. If you search the web, you may find their menu.
Here are the real details:
Who: Any geocacher
What: Cache-Luck event
Where: Specified coordinates
When: 1830-2030 (6:30pm-8:30pm)
Why: To test your luck for an awesome cache!
There will also be a bucket for trackables. Place them into the bucket and record your name and number you dropped. Then, when you choose the cache you will take, you will get to draw how many trackables you dropped in.

A quick recap of what's on your agenda:

1. Buy or make a cache.
2. Wrap the cache up like it's a present.
3. Call Davanni's the day of the event if you want to pre-order your meal.
4. Bring the cache to the event.
5. Drop it off on the table specified. (Trackables may go in the trackable bucket if you wish.)
6. Eat something-er-other...
7. CO will tell you when to pick a new cache.
8. Pick your cache (any will do) and grab the amount of trackables you dropped out of the TB Bucket.
9. Log it!

NOTE: You can bring as many caches as you'd like! Remember to label the cache with your username like this: Guitar Solo's Cache-Luck 2011 or even Butcher's Cache-Luck 2011!
