You will not find a cache at these coordinates. To find cache you will need to ride bicycles from Riga to Jurmala and back. You are not allowed to use motorized transport on the bicycle road. Approximately 2.5 hours are needed to complete task.

Velocelinš „Riga-Jurmala” Buvets 20. gadsimta 80ajos gados. To atklaja toreizejais Rigas mers Alfreds Rubiks ar kolektivu velobraucienu visa velocelina garuma. Toreiz velocelinš sakas pie Imantas otras linijas(Kurzemes prospekta un Jurmalas gatves krustojuma), beidzas pie stacijas „Priedaine”. Velocelina oficialais garums bija 10 km. Speciali velocelinam tika izbuvets tunelis zem Zolitudes ielas pie Imantas stacijas. Tika izvietotas informativas zimes gar velocelinu un izveidotas asfaltetas kabatas, kur atpusties, vai savest kartiba braucamriku. Ka ari tika atzimeti pilnie nobrauktie kilometri ar ipašam atzimem uz celina.Velocelinš škerso divus paugurus (Pie Rigas robežas un Priedaine), škerso vairakas mazas upites. Salidzinoši nesen, neatkaribas laika, velocelina infrastruktura tika paplašinata un jau esošais velocelinš tika savienots ar Imantas ietvem, kas tika daleji parstrukturetas par veloceliniem. Tadejadi tika nodrošinata velocelina pagarinašana lidz Rigas centram un atzarošana uz Anninmuižas loku. Velocelinš tika pagarinats ari Jurmalas gala un tika oficiali savienots ar Jurmalas velocelinu infrastrukuru. Lai gan celina segums nav atjaunots 20 gadus, tomer lielakas bedres ir salapitas, un celinš ir „diezgan braucama” forma.

Vairaku imantas liniju otra gala ir izvietotas celazimes - „strupcels”. (Piemeram kooperativa ielas un Jurmalas gatves krustojuma). Sis zimes ir tieši saistitas ar velocelinu. Cik burtu ir papildzimes teksta ? (A)

Pie Zolitudes stacijas uz velocelina ir izvietotas divas zimes ar attalumiem lidz Imantai un Jurmalai. Aprekiniet (B = Augšejais skaitlis*10 – Apakšejais skaitlis*10)

Jau neatkaribas laika tika uzbuveti apgaismes stabi, kas apgaismo velocelinu pirms Imantas stacijas. Cik daudz apgaismes stabi ir pie velocelina pirms Imantas stacijas, sliežu puse ? (C)

Talak bus jabrauc cauri tunelim (uzmanieties, asa kante leja pie udens drenažam).
Pabraucot talak no tunela, kreisaja puse bus buda, bet pie tas bus gari dzelzcela stabi, ar melnbaltam stripam ? Cik tur tadi stabi ir (ari biki savadakie...) ? (D)
Talak braucam un baudam lielisko velocelina asfaltbetona klajumu. (Pagaidam tas vel ir lielisks). Labaja puse ir daudz privatdarzinu, bet pie paša velocelina korindes krumi. To ogas ir iecienijuši daudzi garamgajeji un velobrauceji. Paris vietas bus mazas bedrites un izcilni, bet nekas tragisks.

Kad garais taisnais posms bus gala, labaja puse bus vecais „4” autobusa galapunkts. Šeit blakus ir „avots”, kur parasti stav rinda ar automašinam lai aizvestu udeni savam vajadzibam. Cik mašinas stav šaja rinda ? (E=?) (pierakstiet ari laiku, cikos veikts merijums) (Udens esot tirs – varat papildinat savus udens krajumus)
NB:
Talak saksies likumotais velocelina posms, kas beigsies ar stavu braucienu leja no kalna. Labak turaties velocelina labaja puse visa šaja posma, jo pretim braucošie bieži brauc ar lielu atrumu, un ši ir ta vieta, kur visbiežak notiek negadijumi. Tapec visu uzmanibu uz celu, lidz pat Babitei.

Babites stacija, šeit ir udens pumpis priekš atveldzešanas. Netalu atrodas autobusa pietura ar uzrakstu „izkapšana”, kads nummurs rakstits kopa ar to? (F)

Turpiniet braucienu. Celš sakuma bus likumains un neparredzams, bet pec paris likumiem taluma ieraudzisiet tiltu, brauciet lidz tam. Uz cik stabiem balstas tilts ? (G)
Turpiniet braucienu driz labaja mala ieraudzisiet mazdarzinus. Kad tie beigsies, labaja puse bus daži ogu krumi, kur rudeni atputas cienitaji-karumnieki mekle ogas. Uzmanieties cela segums paliks nelidzens.
Talak bus „pietura” un uzreiz pec tas tiltinš, par kuru labak braukt lenak. Pec ta bus posms gar mežu. Cauri mežam gruti saskatit, bet aiz ta savus 300 metrus no sliedem atrodas priedaines atkritumu izgaztuve. Vasaras ta medz uzsilt un aizdegties. Tad dumi klaj ari velocelinu.
Braucam lidz Priedainei, pedejais kapiens kalna nebus nemaz tik viegls.

Vecais velocelinš beidzas pie Priedaines stacijas. Bet jusu uzdevums ir tikt lidz juras krastam, pa pagarinato velocelina dalu.
Pec priedaines stacijas brauciet uz vilciena parbrauktuvi. Pec tas velocelinš turpinas Lielupes tilta virziena paraleli Lielupei. Netalu no Lielupes tilta, meža, cela kreisaja puse bus baltu kiegelu buda. Cik logi šai budai ir siena kas versta pret Lielupi. (H).

Pedejais uzdevums bus jau pari Lielupei, Bulduros, pie pašas Juras. Ta ir tuvaka un ertaka vieta, kur piebraukt pie Juras ar velo. Kadreiz šeit slejas slavenais restorans – „Juras perle”.
Pie kafejnicas „Juras Zakis” sakas aleja, kas ved uz juru. Cik koki aug aleja? (Vientulas priedes, kas aug pie alejas un citus kokus apkart alejai neskaitiet.) (I)

Bicycle road „Riga-Jurmala” was constructed in the eighties of 20th century. Road was opened by Riga major of that time Alfreds Rubiks. There was bicycle race event after the opening ceremony. Initially the begining of this road was near junction of Kurzemes prospekts and Jurmalas gatve and finish was near train station Priedaine. Official length of bicycle road was 10km. This road features one underground tunnel near train station Imanta, crosses couple brooks and even have some small hills to make your ride more challenging. Not so long ago this bicycle road was used as base for creating local bicycle infrastructure in Riga. Road was prolonged at the both ends. To the center of Riga from Imanta and to the center of Jurmala from Priedaine. Couple of new bicycle roads was created in Imanta, and connected to this road. Pavement of the original bicycle road is still „original”, but its still in pretty good shape.

Race from Riga to Jurmala sea shore and back is approximately 24-30 kilometers long.

Copuple of streets in Imanta that are connected to bicycle road ( named „Imantas n linija”) have road signs of at the other end, that is closely related to this bicycle road. (For example junction of „Jurmalas gatve” and „Kooperativa street). Count letters in small road sign under the main sign. (A)

Near train station Zolitude, there is road sign on bicycle road that informs about ride length in different directions (Imanta and Jurmala). You will have to calculate (B = Upper number*10 – Bottom number*10)

Recently several lighting columns were introduced near bicycle road before train station Imanta. How many lighting columns are there between road and train rails before station? (C)

Road continues in underground tunnel. Be cautious, its pretty rough ride there. After the tunnel you will soon see electrical building on the left side. Near this building there will be couple of tall poles, with black/white stripes. Count them, also little bit different ones. (D)
Continue and enjoy ride. On the right side you will see lot of private gardens, but closer to the bicycle road are tall bushes, that brings some berries in the autumn. Local bicle riders and pedestrians, ofter stops to have some snack. Pavement of the road will be little worse, but at the tolerable level.

At the end of this stright section of bicycle road, there is a former bus end station for bus lane no „4”. There is also a „Source”, where people come and gather water for their needs. How many cars are waiting to collect water (E=?) (Also write down time, when you make this measurement) (Water should be clean)
NB:
Bicycle road will continue in more curved fashion from here, and this section will end with steep stright ride from the hill. Better keep on the right side on the road, as this is the place where most of the accidents happen. Keep moving to Babite station.

Train station Babite. There is water pump for refreshing. Thereis bus stop with text „izkapsana”. What number is on the same bus stop ? (F)

After couple turns you will see bridge over the train rails and bicycle road. When you get there, count - how many poles bridge stands on? (G)
NB: Continue the ride. On the right side you will soon see couple of gardens with fenses. When you pass the gardens are, there will be several berry bushes on the right, that are popular pitstop for bicyle riders. Beware, pavement will become worse there.
Soon you will see pit-stop area and a bridge, you better drop the speed when crosing that bridge. There will be forest on the right. Its hard to see between the trees, but 300 meters from bicycle road is landfill. At the summer it often heats up and catches fire. Bicycle road is covered with light smoke then.
Continue till station Priedaine. It wont be very easy to climb at the final hill there.

Original bicycle road ends here, but our task is to get to the seashore. Continue to ride till the bicycle road crosses train rails. After that bicycle road continues along Lielupe to bridge over Lielupe. It is big, you wont miss it. But just before bridge in the wood on the left side of bicycle road is small building made from white bricks. How many windows are in the wall that faces Lielupe ? (H).

Last task is on the other side of Lielupe. Its near the train station Bulduri, on the cost of the Riga Gulf. Its the closest spot where bicycle riders can get to the sea from Imanta. Its near the famous former restaurant „Juras perle” (pear of the sea)
Near the cafe „Juras Zakis” (Rabbit of the sea), starts an alley that goes stright to the seashore. How many trees are in that alley. (Dont count lonely pine trees near that alley, and other trees around.) (I)
