Jedna se o jednoduchou kesku pro vsechny vekove kategorie. Pri odlovu neni treba sahat za plot.

Park obeti – pamatnik obetem 2. svetove valky

Na pamatniku jsou zaznamenani vsichni obyvatele Hornich Pocernic, kteri zahynuli za 2. svetove valky. Mezi nimi je rodina Khodlova. Sokolska cvicitelka Emanuela Khodlova pomahala prechodne ukryvat parasutisty skupiny Antropoid a byla zastrelena spolecne s celou rodinou. Dalsim je biskup Gorazd, vlastnim jmenem Matej Pavlik. Byl nejprve katolicky knez, pro sve postoje mj. k celibatu byl z katolicke cirkve v roce 1920 exkomunikovan. Uz v roce 1919 se stal clenem nove vznikle cirkve ceskoslovenske, kde zacal prosazovat pravoslavnou orientaci. Proto byl vyzvan v roce 1924 , aby ceskoslovenskou cirkev opustil. Stal se budovatelem samostatnych cirkevnich obci Pravoslavne cirkve. Po provedeni atentatu na Heydricha 27. kvetna 1942 poskytla pravoslavna cirkev vysadkarum ukryt v chramu sv. Cyrila a Metodeje v Resslove ulici. Azyl v krypte chramu jim nabidl Jan Sonnevend.

Gorazd se o ukrytu parasutistu dozvedel az pozdeji a okamzite nabadal k co nejrychlejsimu prevezeni parasutistu na jine misto. Nicmene ukryt byl prozrazen a 18. cervna k dobyti chramu nasadili Nemci pres 800 vojaku. 25. cervna 1942 byl Gorazd v 5 hodin rano zatcen v Hornich Pocernicich. Preliceni s nim probehlo 3. zari 1942 a o den pozdeji byl na Kobyliske strelnici zastrelen. Dne 27. zari 1942 byla „Ceskopravoslavna obec v Protektoratu Cechy a Morava“ rozpustena, majetek cirkevnich obci zkonfiskovan, byly zapeceteny chramy a zakazany bohosluzby. Vsichni duchovni teto cirkve byli deportovani na nucene prace do Nemecka. Popraveno bylo dvanact predstavitelu Pravoslavne cirkevni obce v Praze 2. Tim skoncilo jednadvacetilete obdobi Gorazdovy mise, stejne dlouhe jako pusobeni svatych Cyrila a Metodeje na Velke Morave.

Toto misto je pevne spjato s mym detstvim a to nejen diky pomniku, u ktereho jsme pravidelne stali jako pionyri a napjate jsme sledovali projevy vsech recniku a kladeni vencu k pamatniku za doprovodu vojenskeho orchestru. Vzdavali jsme cest pamatce hornopocernickym hrdinu, a to i vylepovanim vlajecek do oken. Beda kdyby nebyly aspon zapichane v kvetinacich.

Je to ale predevsim misto, kde jsme si hrali s detmi z okoli na schovku, hrali vybiku a "uziranou". Na vrbe jsme si staveli bunkr a na kastanu zavodili kdo vyleze vys. Jsem rada, ze tu vydrzela nase stara znama cervena prolezacka (beze zmeny), je tu i inovovane piskoviste, houpacky chybi:o (

Park of the 2nd World War victims

At the memorials, all inhabitants of Horni Pocernice who died during the 2nd World War II are recorded. Among them, the family Khodlova is mentioned. Emanuela Khodlova helped temporarily to hide paratroopers of the Anthropoid group and was executed along with her entire family. Another victim is Bishop Gorazd, real name Matej Pavlik. He was the first catholic priest excommunicated from the Catholic Church for his positions to the celibacy in 1920. In 1919, he became a member of the newly created Czechoslovak Church, where he began to promote the Orthodox orientation. Therefore, he was asked in 1924 to leave the Czechoslovak Church. He became a builder of independent religious community of the Orthodox Church.
After the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich on 27th May in 1942, the Orthodox Church offered the asylum to the paratroopers in St.Cyril and Methodius Temple in Resslova street. The place was offered to the paratroopers by Jan Sonnoevend. Gorazd learned about the shelter of the paratroopers later and immediately required to transport them to another place. However, the refuge was betrayed and at the St.Cyril and Methodius Temple was attacked by 800 German soldiers. This was the end of operation Anthropoid. Gorazd was arrested on 25th June 1942 at 5 o'clock in Horni Pocernice and was shot one week later.
On 27 September 1942, Orthodox communities created by Gorazd in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia were dissolved, the church property confiscated, the temples were sealed and worship prohibited. All of the spiritual church members were deported to forced labors in Germany. Twelve representatives of the Orthodox Churches in Prague 2 were executed. This was the end of the twenty-one year long Gorazd‘s mission, as long as the work of Saints Cyril and Methodius to Great Moravia more than thousand years ago.
This place is firmly linked with my childhood not only because of the monument where we regularly stood as pioneers and gave honor to the memory of heroes from Horni Pocernice. It is also the place where we played with kids from around a lot of children games. In the willow, we built our bunker and we competed who climbs the chestnut higher. I'm glad that our old familiar red climbing frame stayed unchanged till now. On top of that, there is the innovative sandbox. However, the swings are missing. :o(
