This cache is located near a marker celebrating the centennial of the first course in a Japanese University to teach "English medicine".
Note: Due to the location of this cache, there are a LOT OF MUGGLES at all times. It can be very difficult to retrieve this cache. Stealth is a necessity. The best time to retrieve this cache is in the early morning or after the trains have stopped.
Note: Due to the number of tall buildings in the area, GPSr reception is very sketchy. Please use maps to help pinpoint the location.
