Near flagpole, not on or in it. Check out the nearby 'Lest we Forget' virtual- you're less than 50' from stage 1 *BYOP* A 2004 Eagle Scout Project by a member of Colchester's Troop13. Not a Lampskirt style cache. These caches are not intended to be difficult- rather designed to bring attention to the 'Good Deeds' in our communities!. VERY EXPOSED LOCATION, STEALTH*STEALTH*STEALTH!!! Benches close by to sit & sign at. Over years of participating at events around the predecessor to what is now here, it became obvious to one Scout that decorum demanded it's replacing... Great job by Brian!
