There is no official version of scrabble(TM) for the Hawaiian language. One proposal is to combine two English versions and just throw away the consonants. Here we make a more serious proposal.
Hawaiian does make good use of the vowels - AOIEU - in order of decreasing frequency. The only consonants are - KNHLMPW - also in decreasing order.
The following table shows the proposed number of tiles and values for these 12 letters and the blank.

Note: For the sake of the puzzle some liberty was taken with letter frequencies. In particular there should be more a's and fewer k's. Otherwise the frequencies were based on this source. Also for simplicity, diacritical marks were ignored.
