Geocache Description:


In tradition with the SideTracked series, I am pleased to launch 'SideTracked - Roose'.



Roose station serves the suburb of Roose and Yarlside in Barrow-in-Furness. It is between Barrow and Dalton on the Furness Line. Beyond the bridge, was once a junction that would take you to Roa Island. Passenger services to Roa ceased in 1936.

A simple drive-by cache, parking would be most suitable on Yarlside Road, just passed Roose bridge on the opposite side of the station from Tesco.

Be advised, this is a busy location in the day time, lots of dog-walkers and cars around. It is a magnetic nano cache so you will need to fetch you own pen.
