O Projecto GeoGare é um projecto de GeoCaching dedicado ao maravilhoso
mundo dos comboios.
O concelho de Mafra
é servido pela Linha do Oeste, com estações em
Mafra (estação Mafra-Gare) e Malveira, e apeadeiros em
Alcainça–Moinhos e Jeromelo,
desempenhando funções, essencialmente, interurbanas e regionais,
quer em termos de transportes de mercadorias (sobretudo na estação
da Malveira), quer em termos de passageiros.
Este apeadeiro tem a particularidade de não ter o mesmo
nome da terra onde se situa...
A terra chama-se Jeromelo e a
CP/Refer rebatizou-a de Jerumelo...
Muito tempo a ver passar comboios tem destas coisas...

É mais um dos apeadeiros que param literalmente nas portas
das casas dos habitantes das localidades, basta ver que um trilho
sai do quintal duma propriedade directamente para a
linha.
A cahe encontra-se, obviamente, fora da propriedade da CP,
mas, bastante perto das cancelas, é necessário muito cuidado na procura com a
presença de crianças!
É necessária muita descrição devido ás janelas da casa que
se encontra junto da passagem de nível, a permanência da cache vai
depender muito da "nossa" habilidade e no disfarce na
"cachada".

Esta cache (a minha décima) destina-se a comemorar o meu
found nº300, nesta mesma zona ontem (16/12/2010) e serve tambem
para assinalar o primeiro ano deste novo hobbie, o GeoBTT. Obrigado
a todos os que dedicam um pouco do seu tempo a mostrar/apresentar
as "pequenas" pérolas escondidas neste nosso País (ainda só fiz
caches nacionais, se tirarmos a "A
Piece of Alaska In Portugal").

The Project is a Geocaching project dedicated to the wonderful
world of trains.
The municipality of Mafra is served by the Western Line, with
stations in Mafra (Mafra-station Gare) and Malveira, and halts in
Alcainça-Mills and Jeromelo, playing roles in, essentially, long
distance and regional, in terms of freight transport ( especially
in Malveira Station), both in terms of passengers.
This way station has the distinction of not having the same name of
the land...
The land is called Jeromelo and CP / Refer renamed it to
Jerumelo...
Spending to much time watching trains have these things... :)
It's one of the halts which stops literally at the gates of the
houses of the, just see that a trail comes out of a property
directly to the train rail.
The Cache is obviously out of the property of CP, but rather near
the gates, care must be taken in finding in the presence of
children!
Take a lot of description because the windows of the house which is
near the level crossing, the permanence of the cache will depend
greatly on "our" ability and in disguise in geocaching hike.

This cache (my tenth) is intended to celebrate my found 300, in the
same area yesterday (16/12/2010) and also serves to mark the my
first year of this new hobby, the GeoBTT. Thanks to all who devote
a little time to show / display the "little" hidden gems in our
country (I have found only national caches, except for the "A Piece
of Alaska In Portugal).
