Geocache Description:

A Winter Wonderland The given Co-ords aren't for the cache, but for the starting point. You may need to bring a compass if the one on your GPSr isn't great like ours! The cache is located near Benbow Pond, and there is a short walk around the John Cowdray Arboretum to find part of the Co-ords.

To find the final cache, first you'll have to work out the northings by working out a short puzzle with numbers on the sign board at the given co-ords.

John Cowdray was the (A) Viscount Cowdray who was born in 1BC0 and died in 19DE.

The Arboretum was established in FG00 and open to the public in H00J. The following sum with produce the Northings: N EG (A+H)((AxA)-G).((FxH)+C)J((B-E)+C)

To find the Westings you'll have to take a short walk through the Arboretum.

From the sign, walk NW up the birch tree avenue approx 100 meters until you reach the mushrooms ( you'll know when you get there!)

How many pieces of woodland furniture are here + 1 = W

Next to the furniture there is a tree, you need to retrieve the following info: How many letters in the country? = X

How many letters in the colour? = Y How many holes are in the plaque? = Z

The westings for the final are: W 000 (W-Z)(Y-X).(W+Z)(Y+Z)(W-X) Now you have both parts to find the final! Parking is available at Benbow Pond near the start point.
