Der Cache ist ein small (0,24l) und für kleine Dinge zum tauschen geeignet.
Er ist ohne Hilfsmittel zu heben, jedoch solltest du dir schon etwas zutrauen.
Auch wenn er nicht wirklich schwer ist, so halte bitte Abstand davon wenn du Bedenken dabei hast.
Versuche es bitte nicht mit Flip Flops oder ähnlichem Schuhwerk!

The cache is a small (0,24l) and it is suitable for small things to exchange.
You can get it without any equipment, but for it you have to have a bit courage.
Even if it is not really difficult, please let it be if you have doubt.
Please do not try it with flip flops or similar footwear.
